We commence our time together with a 30 minute comprehensive skin, health and wellness consultation. I take the time to understand your short and long term goals, skin concerns, current products and regime. A skin analysis device will be used to assess hydration, barrier function, elasticity, pigmentation and sebum levels.
The treatment begins with breathwork and an oil compress to ground and encourage deep relaxation. This is followed by a facial protocol designed just for you, including a pre-cleanse, double cleanse with luxurious cleanser, a two-part enzyme exfoliation or a ZO Peel, and facial mask. This is complemented with pre LED serums to penetrate while you blissfully melt into the bed as the skin benefits from Dermalux MD Tri-Wave LED Light Therapy followed by a 20 minute facial massage (modalities include cryo sticks, Gua Sha, roller), a masque (sheet or cream) with indulgent head, neck and shoulder massage.
The experience is completed with an eye treatment and finishing sequence that includes a suitable selected number of serums, a prescribed moisturiser, finishing balm and SPF. You’ll leave the clinic radiant, restored and rejuvenated, ready to go about your day.

Every Biologique Recherche facial is completely customised according to the results of your Skin Instant Lab diagnosis. Our personalised facials can treat a wide range of skin conditions from pigmentation, lines and wrinkles, loss of laxity, acne, sensitivity, redness, hyper-seborrhoea, dilated pores, dehydration and dryness. This sought after results-driven experience will leave both you and your skin feeling calm, hydrated, rejuvenated and reoxygenated. I invite you to experience what is regularly described as the ‘world’s best facial’.
Designed for all skin types, it can specifically target dehydrated, fragile, mature, sebaceous, sensitised, dull and traumatised skin.

This bespoke experience commences with a 30 minute consultation to understand your skin concerns, short and long term goals, current products and regime.
We then move to the Biologique Recherche Skin Instant Lab to assess your skin’s hydration, barrier function, elasticity, pigmentation and sebum levels to determine your Skin Instant© (which defines what products I use during the treatment for your current skin type).
The facial treatment is performed using a three step methodology, including an Evaluation Phase, Initialisation Stage and Treatment Stage.
If required, I incorporate Dermalux MD Tri-Wave LED Light Therapy at the start of the protocol, before we commence as an add on.

Planning the perfect complexion or flawless skin ahead of the big day? Today's brides (and grooms) want their skin to be the real show stopper and skin preparation comes with a whole new set of rules and expectations!
At Joanna Newham Skin Health we have taken all the guesswork out of your pre-wedding skin prep and timeline.
You will personally meet and work with Joanna only and she will devise a bespoke programme suitable for just you, your specific skin type, concerns and desired outcomes that suit your timeline, availability, lifestyle and budget.
Joanna will map out a homecare program that supports the work we will do in clinic with regular check in's to make sure both parties are accountable and we are making progress and transformation.
Our programme works with brides and grooms to be, as well as the extended bridal party, 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 and 1 month preceding the big day.
Joanna is also available onsite (on the morning of/in the lead up) to the wedding at an additional cost.

Depending on how you want to approach your skin, what the main goal is and what the desired outcome may look like, it could be that we look to combine a series of clinical and luxury facials over a number of months.
If regular facials are something you are planning to integrate into your pre-wedding home care routine, you should start looking for a Skin Specialist/DermaL clinician about six months in advance.
Texture is often one of the main things people want to fix before a wedding, so I normally recommend six months of working together so I can really get to know your skin, perform multiple treatments, and help resurface and smooth your complexion.
A typical wedding prep programme may include regular LED, some micro needling or IPL to even out skin tone alternated with a bespoke Biologique Recherche treatment to brighten, hydrate, rejuvenate and restore barrier function.
Before booking your first treatment, it’s important to research what I can offer and ensure that I align with your skin goals. Depending on your budget and the severity of skin concerns, we can then work together to create a facial schedule in advance of your wedding—for some, this could be frequent biweekly facials, and for others, it might be occasional treatments every couple of months.
